All-in sample packages

One price per guest with taxes, gratuity and fees already in. Each includes a buffet, a 3-hour open beer and wine bar and the round-trip boat.

Island Cookout$159per guest, all-in

Backyard Cookout buffet. Base package $126 before taxes and fees.

Texas BBQ$172per guest, all-in

Texas Barbecue buffet. Base package $136 before taxes and fees.

Signature Island$185–$191.50per guest, all-in

Island Combo or New England Clambake buffet. Base package $146–$151 before taxes and fees.

Every package includes a private venue and lawns, tables and chairs, a day-of coordinator and staff, and lawn games.A typical day: boat from Boston at 10:30 AM, lunch at noon, boat back at 3 PM. Evenings run 5 to 9 PM.

Event minimums, the $100 liquor license fee and extras may change the final total.

Base price per person. Add 7% Massachusetts meals tax, 9% gratuity and a 14% Island Support Fee. Every buffet has a vegetarian option.

Spring and fall rates

May, June and October have a lower food and beverage minimum of $7,500. From July to September, Sunday to Wednesday dates are $9,000 instead of $15,000.

Waterfront LandingUp to 250

A covered, open-sided pavilion on the beach, facing the skyline. Tables and chairs provided.

Ocean Bluff Pavilion250 + 150

Two tents on seven acres of lawn, with cornhole, bocce, volleyball, wiffle ball and more. The main tent seats 250 and the smaller tent 150. Extra tenting is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
